Our Latest Menus

The latest innovations from Chef Kelsey's kitchen and our staff can now be found in our new spring menus:


A complimentary continental breakfast featuring fresh pastries, fruit and bagels/muffins/toast and choice of drink is now available weekdays from 7-9:30 a.m. The continental breakfast is available to members and their prospective-member guests in the Roebling Room. A new a la carte breakfast  New Breakfast Menu, is now available to members wanting more for those early-morning meetings or new morning routines. For members meeting with colleagues privately in our Parlor Rooms, a new Parlor Breakfast Menu is also available. 

COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: Assorted Pastries, Chef's Fresh Fruit Selection, Bagels, English Muffins, Toast, and Coffee, Tea, Juice or Milk.


The New Spring Roebling Lunch Menu and New Spring Parlor Lunch Menu are available Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.. Dine-in and Carry-out available. Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
The Member's Lunch Buffet is also available for dine-in, Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. 
The New New Pick-Up Lunch Menu is available for carry-out only, Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.


The Tapas Menu and Met Bar Menu are available Tuesday-Saturday, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
The Spring Roebling Dinner Menu and Spring Parlor Dinner Menu are available Tuesday-Thursday, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. From 5:00-10:00 Friday and Saturday.
Carry-out dinner orders may be placed up to 7:15 p.m.
